In 2009 during my soul searching, I embarked on a exhilarating bike adventures to Bhimbetka, an ancient treasure trove nestled in the Vindhya mountain range near Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Riding through the scenic landscapes towards this UNESCO World Heritage Site, I was captivated by the rugged beauty of the massive rock formations that define this prehistoric haven. These Neolithic-era painting chronicles, the daily lives and culture of early cave dwellers. The massive rock formations and mythical significance of “Bhimbetka” added a mystical charm to the experience.
