One of my most memorable days at NIT Rourkela was spent in Hall 5, engaging in endless debates on various topics, playing games, watching pirated movies, and just hanging out. This video, shot in 2005 at the small pool in Hall 5, captures a time filled with laughter and camaraderie among friends Dushyant (Me), Alok Gautam, Amit Pal, Pritesh Gehlot, and others.

The pool became a hub of joy, with the sound of water splashing and friends enjoying a break from academic pressures. The moments of friendly banter and spontaneous dives created an atmosphere of relaxation and unity. Each splash and shared story turned the small pool into a sanctuary for leisure and friendship, leaving behind cherished memories that we would fondly recall for years to come.
