Product Keh Ke Denge: A Satirical Take on Tech Challenges at Peoplestrong Video Competition Year 2013

At Peoplestrong, beyond the innovative work of building world class HR tech solutions from India, we were always engaged in fun activities as part of the HR initiative. These events not only allowed us to recharge and bond but also contributed to maintaining good mental health, which was essential for staying productive and focused in the fast-paced tech environment. The balance between serious work and lighthearted fun helped create a positive atmosphere in the office, fostering creativity and collaboration.

Product Keh Ke Denge: PeopleStrong Video competition year 2013

One of the most memorable activities in Year 2013 was a video competition where our tech team submitted an entry titled “Product Keh Ke Denge.” This video was a humorous take on the everyday challenges faced by software developers. It highlighted the struggles with managers, the operations team, the sales team, and clients—all the while showcasing the resilience of tech teams who, despite all obstacles, manage to deliver the product to meet customer satisfaction. The satire resonated with many, making it a fun and relatable portrayal of the tech world.

The video included several key members of our Peoplestrong tech team, including Jitendra Pal, myself (Dushyant Gadewal), Shivam Tripathi, Shivam Kumar, Julfiker, Bharat Malik, and others. Together, we created something that not only made everyone laugh but also celebrated the perseverance of tech professionals. These moments of camaraderie during our Peoplestrong days are some of the fondest memories, filled with laughter, teamwork, and creativity.
