The route took me from Palwal to Agra, along the old NH-2, as the Yamuna Expressway was still under construction. As I entered northern Madhya Pradesh, the landscape transformed before my eyes, with the natural beauty of the countryside stretching endlessly. The air seemed to carry whispers of legendary outlaws, especially in areas like Dholpur, where stories of the past lingered.

For the first time, I crossed the world-famous Chambal River, passing through the Beehad of Chambal—an area that has fascinated me with its rugged beauty and historical significance. The journey was more than just about reaching Gwalior; it was about immersing myself in the rich culture, history, and landscape of the region. Each turn brought with it new sights and experiences that would remain etched in my memory.
