Short Stint At Nagarro Year 2010

In 2010, I joined Nagarro, full of optimism and eager to make a mark, After 6 month self exploratory bike journey and rejecting offer from Pine Labs. Our induction was conducted by none other than the founders themselves, and their passion for the company was truly inspiring. With the company’s reputation booming in the tech industry, I was excited to be part of something big.

However, despite my initial enthusiasm, I quickly realized that the work didn’t align with my professional goals. The project I was assigned focused heavily on configuration tasks, an area I wasn’t keen on pursuing. This mismatch in expectations and the company’s working style led me to part ways after nearly a year, as I sought more technical challenges and growth opportunities.

Despite the short stint, my time at Nagarro was enriched by meaningful friendships and memorable experiences. One of the highlights was becoming part of the Nagarro Corporate Cricket team, where I played day-night corporate matches in the NCR region. These moments left a lasting impact, and treating my close colleagues to a farewell meal on my last day. While the professional journey wasn’t as I had hoped, the personal connections and experiences were invaluable.
